1.0When this helps

- Management wants a plan and a budget, and IT wants priorities.

- Backup design, retention and one supervised restore test
- Network layout, firewall rules and remote access
- Administrator accounts, patching and monitoring
- Power, cooling and the physical state of the server room (on site in Cyprus, from photos and readings elsewhere)
- Warranty and support status of every device
3.0You receive
- A report of 10 to 15 pages written for management and IT
- A priority list with risk, effort and rough cost for each item
- An up to date inventory and network diagram
4.0What we need from you
From you
- Read only access to the main systems, created for us and removed afterwards
- Two short sessions with whoever runs IT today
- Access to the server room for one day (Cyprus)
Not included

- Penetration testing
- Hardware or licence purchases
Thirty minutes is usually enough to see where the risks are.
Tell us what you run and what worries you. We reply within two working days.
